Assignment Submission:

You are expected to retain an electronic copy of all work submitted. If transmission of the work fails, you are expected to "resend" the document via your instructor's email as an attachment. Assignments will be submitted in Canvas either through Discussion Board forum postings or via the provided links. You are expected to verify your own Canvas responses by returning to the appropriate place in Canvas after the work has been posted.

Grading Turnaround Time:

Quizzes and Exams will be available throughout the course session and are graded automatically and immediately via Canvas. Discussion Board postings will be graded within a week of submission. When your Museum Curator Project is received, it will be graded within a week.

Late Work Policy:

There are late penalties on Discussion Board postings (Compare/Contrast and Explorations). 2 points will be deducted for each day late, up to the full possible points (also see the Rubric/Grading Criteria for Discussion Boards). Remember that Modules 1 and 2 Discussion Boards are part of the requirements for the Last Withdrawal Date and MUST be submitted, even if your grade will be a zero due to lateness.

Absolutely no late Museum Curator Projects will be accepted.

There will be no penalty for quizzes or exams taken past the due date. Bear in mind that the course schedule was designed to optimize your success on the exams, and it is highly recommended that you take them as close to the scheduled date as possible. If you miss a due date for an exam, you should contact me and plan on completing the exam as soon as possible.
