Instructions

You can send me a selfie of yourself (or a loved one if you cannot donate) giving blood for 10 points added to any test.  This is non-negotiable. I must see a selfie of you in action getting blood taken out of your arm.  I will not accept the little card with your hematocrit or a t-shirt as proof.  Thanks!
