DO THIS FIRST - MindTap Systems Check and Registration Instructions
1. Run the MindTap Systems Check below to ensure your computer is optimized to use MindTap in terms of: Browser, Javascript, Cookies, Flash, Popups:

If you get all green checks, then go to Step 3. If you get a red exclamation point (!) in any area, make the corrections found in step 2.
2. Correct errors found in the systems check. Note the MindTap Systems Check area(s) with the red exclamation point (!) and select PC or MAC system requirements below. These links provide step-by-step directions to correct your issue. In the table of contents, click the relevant section to be hyperlinked directly to the needed directions:

After correcting the issue(s), rerun the MindTap Systems Check (click here) Links to an external site. again to make sure you get all green checks. If so, then proceed to Step 3.
3. Register your MindTap student access code using the link below.

MindTap Issues: For unresolved issues accessing or using MindTap, click the 'Cengage (MindTap) Technical Support' link in this Folder. This provides you with a short form to fill out where you describe the problem and create a case. You will be provided a case ID. The Cengage Tech Support team will email you with a resolution or request additional information. Email and instant message chat (are also provided) 24/7.
