Bookmarklet for Quick Enroll

See this Blackboard KB article for the issue background. Fundamentally, Quick Enroll is not visible to most system roles. Assuming that users have the rights to enroll in a course, these bookmarklets give Quick Enroll-type functionality.

Bookmarklets:
Installation:: Drag each bookmarklet to your Toolbar (or right-click the link and bookmark/favorite the link)
Usage: When looking at a course, click the relevant Toolbar item. After enrolling, close the pop-up.
